Product Information: Our sea moss products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a physician before starting a new supplement.
Perishable Goods: Fresh sea moss gel is a perishable product that must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Trinitee Waters is not responsible for products that spoil due to being left unattended after delivery.
Shipping & Delivery: We ship orders using insulated or expedited methods where necessary to ensure freshness. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
Modifications: We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or these terms at any time without prior notice.

Easy Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Spoiled Orders: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or warm/spoiled due to shipping delays, please take a photo and email us at triniteewaters.seamoss@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Unopened Dry Sea Moss: For dry/raw sea moss only, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the packaging is completely unopened and heat-sealed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
